If you live in Ireland, or even the UK, you’ll know that waiting for some sunshine so you can head to the beach can mean you may not get to the beach at all. But today proved that it really doesn’t have to be sunny to have a beautiful day by the sea. I was in Sligo for the day so we decided to just head down for a walk along the beach and breath in some fresh, sea air. It was so refreshing and really quite a tranquil moment. Definitely a great place to unwind and let go of your daily worries. Moral of the story, if you’re always waiting for something to happen it might never. You gotta go out an make it happen for yourself.

As for the outfit, I picked this jumper up in Warehouse on my way home from Limerick, I wasn’t intending on buying anything but I just spotted it and knew it was one of the pieces on my ‘to-get’ lists for a while. If you saw my last Wishlist post you’ll see that it’s the exact same jumper, but for €13 in the sale. It pays to take note of the bits you want/need and hold out for the perfect one.
